The Executive Board is the governing body of the Pioneer Association. This board consists of the Director of Missions, a Moderator, a Vice-Moderator, a Secretary-Treasurer, the pastors of every church in the association, and representatives from each church based on the membership numbers of the churches. The Executive Board meets on the third Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at North Charleston Baptist Church on Woodward Drive in Charleston. The meetings are open to the public and all are welcome to attend.The Executive Board does not meet in June, July, November, or December.The current Moderator is Jimmy Morton of Freedom Baptist Church.
